Noted Swiss architect, Karl Damschen, renowned for his work on heritage restoration in Kerala, has skillfully restored Baymaas house. He has added his signature touch to the new Pool Villas and transformed the look and feel of the entire property. Natural wood and clay –tiled roof is used to add a stroke of grandeur and legacy to the living spaces. Damschen has also effectively used handmade floor tiles and custom made brass fittings to promote the traditional craftsmanship of Kerala. The Lakehouse was built around the beautiful trees and natural ponds in the property.
